STUDENTS WELFARE & COUNSELING CENTRE

The college envisions a friendly student-centered teaching and learning environment, as well as a caring interpersonal interaction between professors and students. The Committee focuses on the students' overall development by addressing their needs, counselling slow learners, and generating good psycho-personal motivation and direction for them.

OBJECTIVES

To establish a strong student-teacher connection link via the adoption of a mentor-mentee programme and to assist students with psychological challenges in achieving reconciliation with themselves and others.
To develop programmes to prepare students for employment, to enhance the placement cell and to raise awareness of current placement cell activities, and encourage students to register and participate in large numbers.
Analyze and resolve student issues related to the academic and institutional activity.
To improve student interaction skills and overcome language educational challenges.
To encourage the development of student qualities via appropriate social, sporting, and cultural activities.
