AJK College of Arts and Science is the first institution which has started offering Research programme in Catering Science and Hotel Management in the South India, AJK has initiated to offer part and full time research programme after realising the need and importance of having credible and fruitful research studies in various fields of Hospitality. Hospitality is considered to be one of the largest industries in the world, like any other highly labour intensive industries this segment also is facing various challenges, so conducting in-depth study or research has become need of the hour. Hospitality is one of the fastest growing industries in the world which comprises Hotels, Restaurants, Cruise lines, Flight kitchens, Industrial and institutional catering etc. Researchers have the liberty to focus in any one of their interested areas. Research programme can be concentrated on contemporary trends and procedures in operational or administrative areas, which includes F&B, Accommodation, Entertainment, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.
