AJK College's Outbound Training: Empowering Future Leaders through Teamwork and Leadership

On August 30th, 2024, the Department of Management Studies at AJK College of Arts and Science, Navakkarai, Coimbatore (Autonomous), an A+ accredited institution by NAAC, organized an exhilarating one-day outbound training program in the scenic landscapes of Pollachi. This program was meticulously designed to enhance teamwork, leadership, and communication skills among the students.

Set against the backdrop of Pollachi's natural beauty, the training involved a series of engaging activities and exercises designed to push students beyond their comfort zones.
